"I purchased a pair of jeans today. I did not try them on in the store, because I knew my size in that brand. However, when I got home and tried them on, I was surprised to feel a sharp pain. I took off the jeans to discover that a large pin was left in the back, and it scratched the back of my leg, breaking the skin. I have a picture of the pin if needed. Obviously this is not the ideal shopping experience, and I understand these things happen, but I was still inconvenienced having to step away and address my cut. From now on, I will be more diligent when purchasing clothes from your store."
